Kristi Smith was our Realtor and truly made it the best experience compared to past realtors we had! She listens to everything you tell her when it comes to all of your likes/dislikes and what you are truly looking for. There was at least one time I thought I was ready to put an offer in, knowing it was not the home we were in love with, but trying because I was afraid we wouldn't find anything else due to the market at that time. This was our first home purchase and We had the pleasure of working with Shelby Patrick and Kacee Bidnick. They made the whole process seamless and easy, almost too easy! The amount of effort and time they put into walking us through the process was unbelievable. They spent so much time walking us through the big picture. From there on out, they were always available to provide us with the information that we needed (or didn't need, but needed for the sake of our sanity), every decision that we made, small or big, mattered to them. Not only did we feel like we had all the information we needed to make those decisions, but we also felt like we were in good hands. Especially because, as a first-time buyer, We didn't know all of the questions we should be asking (or do's and don'ts, for example) and they would proactively provide this information, which made us feel like we were walking through this process with eyes wide open.
