About Stephanie Flounlacker

Stephanie brings a deep appreciation for history, a passion for historic homes, and a refined eye for design to her real estate career. She began her real estate career in 1998, serving the Greater Pensacola area for over a decade. From 2009 to 2018, she expanded her expertise as a new home consultant for several builders, gaining valuable insight into the construction process and guiding buyers through the design and creation of their homes. In 2018, Stephanie returned to general real estate, where she now specializes in a diverse range of properties, from historic residences to new construction.

Stephanie holds a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Auburn University. Prior to real estate, she worked in Massachusetts as a behavior specialist supporting children with autism, an experience that strengthened her communication skills and deepened her commitment to service. Known for her attentive approach and client-focused mindset, Stephanie is dedicated to understanding her clients’ goals and helping them achieve the lifestyle they envision through thoughtful, personalized guidance.
