About Sophia Witkin

Sophia Witkin is a Pensacola native who has lived in the Pensacola and Gulf Breeze communities her entire life. Her experience in real estate began at 17 as a property manager’s assistant with aDoor, where she gained an early introduction to the industry and developed an interest in real estate that has continued to grow.

Today, Sophia is an owner and property manager with JBCSW Properties, her family’s real estate investment and development company, where she manages a portfolio of 14 rental units. Through her experience in property management and investing, she has developed a strong understanding of the local market and the many details that go into evaluating, purchasing, and managing real estate. Her hands-on experience has also given her an investor-minded perspective and an eye for recognizing value and potential in a property.

As she expands into residential sales, Sophia is excited to use her experience to help buyers, sellers, and investors navigate the real estate process with confidence. At Avenue Realty, she looks forward to learning from and working alongside an experienced team while building lasting relationships with clients throughout the Pensacola area.
