About Salvatore Triolo

Originally from Southern Italy, Salvatore relocated to Pensacola, Florida, where he quickly developed a passion for real estate. He began his career in 2017 with the Gilroy-Triolo Real Estate Group, part of Avenue Realty, where he built a strong foundation in residential sales and client service. His expertise, professionalism, and performance within the team led to an opportunity to step into a leadership role as Sales Manager at Avenue Realty.

While serving in leadership, he expanded his experience across a wide range of transaction types and market conditions, ultimately supervising more than 500 transactions and contributing to sales volume exceeding $300 million across the Gulf Coast. Today, Salvatore serves as the Managing Broker at Avenue Realty, overseeing brokerage operations, marketing, financial management, and compliance. As a non-competing broker, he focuses on connecting clients with the right professionals within the company based on their specific needs, while also providing hands-on guidance and mentorship to agents. He holds the designations of Certified Residential Specialist (CRS) and Military Relocation Professional (MRP), along with his Broker status, and takes pride in being part of a company that values transparency, professionalism, and individual impact.
