About Meghan Gilroy-Triolo

Meghan began her real estate career in September 2014 as Avenue Realty’s first agent. Over more than a decade, she has developed extensive knowledge across the full spectrum of residential real estate, from luxury homes and new construction to vacant land and infill lots, successfully guiding buyers and sellers at every stage.

She has personally closed more than 400 transactions, giving her a deep understanding of contract negotiation, deal structure, and the nuances of the Pensacola and surrounding markets. As a senior advisor at Avenue Realty, Meghan not only serves her own clients but also supports and mentors other agents, helping elevate the overall standard of service within the brokerage.

Before entering real estate, Meghan earned a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Troy University and went on to play professional volleyball in Southern Italy for three years. Her background reflects the discipline, resilience, and strong work ethic she brings to her clients every day.
