About Matt Hawkins

Matt grew up in Pensacola, Florida, and graduated from Woodham High School in 2003. His passion for baseball led him to play at Northwest Florida State (formerly Okaloosa Walton College), Alabama Southern, and the University of West Alabama. After his baseball journey, he returned to Pensacola and earned a public relations degree from the University of West Florida. Matt spent a decade in building materials and architectural sales before transitioning to real estate in 2018, where he continues to thrive. Outside of work, he has been married for nearly 11 years and is a proud father to four daughters. He also coaches youth soccer teams and enjoys playing golf whenever he can.

 

Matt chose to transition his business to Avenue Realty to partner with driven, career-focused professionals who share his vision. He was drawn to the company’s proven structure that supports growth and success and has long admired aDoor’s impressive expansion. Now, he’s excited for this new chapter for both himself and the company. A fun fact about Matt—he loves playing golf and has even hit a hole-in-one!
