About Kathy Bass

With over 30 years of living experience in the Panama City Beach, Panama City area, Kathy has grown to greatly appreciate and know the neighborhoods as well as their strengths and weaknesses. This experience gives her an advantage in the real estate industry, and it serves her and her clients well when conducting home searches.

 

Additionally, Kathy also has over 30 years of experience in marketing, advertising, and event planning with 15+ years in real estate marketing and sales. With this background, she brings a wealth of knowledge to aDoor Real Estate. She is a certified Graduate NAR® Institute, Certified Residential Specialist, and Military Relocation Professional. She is passionate about helping others achieve their goals, and she truly enjoys sharing her love for the Florida Gulf Coast lifestyle.

 

Kathy’s son, Davis, co-manages their real estate team, The Beaches 360 Team and he is also the CEO of their boutique vacation rental management company, Live the Gulf Coast. She is recently married to Dan, retired Humana IT Director and NAR member who is a Beaches 360 team member. Kathy has raised three children in local schools and colleges, with daughter Sarah recently joining the Beaches 360 team.
