David is originally from Darien, Connecticut, and began his real estate career in 2018 in Denver, Colorado. He earned a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Southern Methodist University (SMU) in Dallas, Texas, and started his professional career in private equity and capital raising, working with investment funds across the oil and gas and real estate sectors.
He later transitioned into real estate investing, where he served as a buyer and acquisitions specialist for a Texas-based investment group. In this role, David sourced and acquired residential investment properties across the Denver and Pensacola markets, managing projects from acquisition through renovation, resale, and long-term hold. This hands-on experience provides him with a comprehensive understanding of the full real estate investment lifecycle.
Today, as a Realtor with Avenue Realty, David leverages his investment background to guide buyers, sellers, and investors with a strategic, data-driven approach. Known for his strong negotiation skills and attention to detail, he is committed to delivering exceptional results across all price points, from first-time homebuyers to seasoned investors, throughout the Pensacola area.
Outside of real estate, David enjoys spending time on the golf course and tennis courts, being on the water, skiing and snowboarding, and exploring the outdoors with his Saint Bernard, Boone.
