About Daniel Callahan

Daniel is a Local TV News producer with WEAR News. He’s lived across the country from Michigan.. to Oregon.. and now calls Northwest Florida home. Daniel grew up in Michigan and went to college at Northern Michigan University. After dealing with the snow for so many years… he decided it was time for some sunshine.

Daniel came to Avenue Realty after buying his first home. The whole process sparked an interest in this unique career opportunity. Daniel is passionate about helping people when it comes to navigating them through major life-changing decisions. He’s focused on offering quality services for people who are looking to take that next big step and find a place to call home.

In his spare time, Daniel is big on being out in nature. He’s an avid beachgoer and likes finding new locations to throw a beach chair down and relax. When the water is calm on the Gulf – you will find him paddle boarding with friends. Daniel is also big into finding new locations to grab a bite… and there’s no cuisine he will not try.
