About Cherylann Webb

Cherylann Webb has been a local in the Pensacola area since 1998. Her father retiring from the Navy is what brought her here. She grew up fishing, camping, and enjoying the beautiful emerald coast. In 2015 she moved to Las Vegas where she began her interest in Real Estate. She moved back to Pensacola in 2022 and has been an active Realtor here since. Because she fell in love with the outdoors in Las Vegas and surrounding areas she still holds her Nevada Real Estate license as well.

 

Cherylann truly enjoys every part of the Real Estate industry, from selling, showing homes, inspections and even mortgage products, she is always eager to learn and gain knowledge in all areas. She is not only passionate about helping people buy and sell their homes, she loves giving back to the community and volunteers to help the homeless often. Her two children Mikah and Kingston are her favorite part of life and she feels blessed that the Real Estate industry has given her the financial stability and flexibility to parent well and spend quality time with them. Traveling is something her and her kids love to do!

 

Her end goal is to make sure she has a rental portfolio that her boys can inherit and have financial freedom. She hopes to teach her boys how to invest in Real Estate and Flip properties as well.

 

With having been a part of a few brokerages, she says that Avenue Realty really sets themselves apart and that she has already gained valuable information to help her succeed in this business. The dynamic is truly one of a kind and she is excited to be a part of the team!
